The bodice is made of a fleece like material intended to keep you toasty warm. The idea behind the material choice is provide an EGL-esque dress for girls who don't see this as formal wear, but as any day wear (much like EGL dresses in Japan) that would be worn if you were spending the majority of the day in the cold outside-- therefore, you can be warm AND fashionable :)

I hope you don't take offense to my comments ~_~;; It's just I think the dress here is a little cricked? Hmmm on the left side of the photo. Other than that though, I really like it. I really like the colors, and lace, and I think it's cute how you made the cross.
