So I'm trying really hard to prove that bloomers (or pettipants) don't have to be hidden! Even though my uncle laughed when he saw me making them, they were actually pretty popular at Anime Boston, so maybe its working :D haha

I think they're cute but I think they'd be better with like, some sort of blouse instead of a dress. with the dress it looks like a bit too much going on.
