Finally its done! I did this as my final project for my visual language class. It took a lot of time, more time than anything I've made before so I was kinda nervous about what it would look like when I finally finished it... but I think it came out pretty good ^_^ I had a little trouble with the pattern I had (my little bro lost the instructions) and none of the pieces made sense, so I ended up creating my own version out of the pieces I had cut, which is part of the reason why its not like a regular kimono... I guess its more of a mix between a Kimono and a traditional Chinese dress =p

This is much more chinese than japanese so you might think of changing the name to the traditional chinese dress than the kimono. But overall it looks very well done.
(I make Kimono so I am a little picky about them *grin*)

Do traditional chinese dresses have the long sleeves like kimonos? Cuz that's kinda why I kept that name...
